SEPTEMBER 2012 MISSING MY BOYS IN VIRGINA

September was exciting, fun, full of experience, traveling, floor routine, beam routines and missing my boys!!! I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Virgina to work, well what I do is not work, so I hate to use that word...."I get paid to do what I love...dance" My brother coaches and optional level gymnastics team out there so the gym hired me to come out and do routines and such for 11 days!!! I had a blast working with my brother again, we used to coach together in San Diego back in the day...we make a good team:) I ended up doing 14 floor routines, 12 beam routines and lots of tweaking routines and privates...let me tell you I went out there to work and thats just what I did. Everyday except Sunday that gym had me going from 12pm-8:30pm at night sometimes 8am-8:30pm at night with NO BREAKS! ha! It was sooo much fun and a blessing to our family!!! I got to spend the last day in D.C. with Adam and Becca and their cute kids touring and hanging out, they were sooo good to me. Im so glad I got to spend time with them. Don't worry  I tangoed my boys every day a got lots of pics. Andy was amazing he took his vacation during that time and stayed home while I was gone and played mom and dad, yes he is amazing! I came homw to lots of projects he had finished for me and happy boys!!!! It was a great memory! Next year maybe Ill take my boys with me:)

So as I was going through pictures I realized April, May, June and July were full of Life and excitement and I would hate to look at my book later and forget all the great things that did happen through that time!!! Had the pleasure of teaching a Huge Master class in Kanab! and took, my 2 amazing life savers Cambria and Alexa and my little Major and Legend got to come too, we had a blast!!!

We haven't see this thing in ages.....

Holy cow its been Forever!!!! I dropped off of blogger earth for a very long time, life got crazy and I had good intentions of getting on and doing this but, you know how that goes , good intentions don't get the job done;) then it just got so long i forgot all my passwords and info. and somehow someway i was on Kalamity's blog and was going to make a post on that one and it took me HERE, without logging in or anything!!! Wow, maybe the Lord is telling me something.....So since i cant take you through the past year AND a half or else I would have to write a novel and remember good intentions don't get the job done:) here it is in a blog nut shell, i will try......at least 2012! 2012**** It Definitely was a roller coaster full of its ups and downs and normal stresses of life and many many many blessings as well , honestly one of those years that changed my life for the better when at the time seemed like for the worse, one of those years that the what seemed to be the impossible became the utmost very possible and the year full of hopes and dreams and miracles came true!!!

 MONTH BY MONTH!!!

JANUARY: 

 I turned the Big 26 and Andy and I celebrated our 4th year anniversary! He's amazing and planned a nice getaway to Vegas for us! Always a surpriser that guy!!!

Kalamity and some other amazing dancers took a trip to Vegas to dance in the Gridiron college All-Star Game. Such a Good time and a Life lesson on "Finding Joy in the Journey"

AUGUST 2012 BAIRD BENEFIT CONCERT

AUGUST WAS A BIG MONTH FOR US CLASSES STARTED BACK UP AT THE STUDIO, DIXIE HIGH FOOTBALL SEASON, MY MAJOR STARTED PRE SCHOOL, YIPEE!!!

GREAT STORY: I WAS VERY HESITANT ON WHERE TO TAKE MAJOR FOR SCHOOL BECAUSE I HAVE THIS FEAR OF PEOPLE NOT BEING NICE TO MY BOYS AND BY BOYS NOT FEELING LOVED AND THEM BEING SAD WHEN THEIR MOMS NOT AROUND TO COMFORT THEM. (i know im crazy) SO MY SISTER JANETTE REFERED ME TO HER KIDS OLD PRE SCHOOL...WELL IT TOOK ME A WHILE..OK MONTHS TO CALL BECAUSE I WAS TRYING TO FIND ONE ON MY OWN...SO WHEN NOTHING FELT RIGHT I JUST SAID "HECK WITH IT I'LL CALL" AND HERES THE LORD AGAIN....THE TEACHER TURNED OUT TO BE MY OLD YOUNG WOMAN'S LEADER WHO WAS SOOO GOOD TO ME WHEN I WAS IN YOUNG WOMANS AND HELPED ME GET MY PERSONAL PROGRESS AWARD. SO HE STARTED SCHOOL...BITTER SWEET...
WE ALSO, WERE PUTTING ON OUR 4TH KALAMITY BENEFIT CONCERT AND  5TH CONCERT FOR THE YEAR! WHEN YOU DANCE FOR THOSE GOING THROUGH REAL LIFE KALAMITYS LIFE IS FULL OF SURPRISES AND SERVICE!

THIS CONCERT WAS AMAZING AND MOST OF ALL THE SPIRIT FELT THERE WAS UNBELIEVABLE!! WE DANCED FOR A FAMILY WHOSE MOM WAS DIAGNOSED WITH STAGE 4 BREAST CANCER AND A DAD WHO WAS DIAGNOSED 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE CONCERT WITH SKIN CANCER.....AND THEY HAVE 5 KIDS. TALK ABOUT HAVING IT HARD, RIGHT?! THE SUPPORT OF THE COMMUNITY WAS AMAZING AND THE STRENGTH, SUPPORT AND PERFORMANCE FROM THE DANCERS WAS UNREAL!

THIS WAS ALSO THE TIME WE MET JEN TURNBOW WHO CHANGED OUR KALAMITY LIFE AROUND!!! WE NOW HAVE SILENT AUCTIONS, BAKE SALES AND HUNGRY HOWIES PIZZA AT OUR CONCERTS NOW BECAUSE OF THIS AMAZING WOMAN, WHERE WE ARE ABLE TO RAISE ALOT MORE FOR FAMILIES! SO GRATEFUL!

WE RAISED $8,000 FOR THE BAIRDS AND LOTS OF LOVE!!!
